Cancellation Policy

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel otherwise a 100% late cancellation fee will be charged. 100% fee applies for no shows where you do not attend the booking. Clients who do not cancel or show for a booking will be required to pay for their missed appointments and possibly pre-pay for future appointments. No other bookings will be approved until cancellation fees are paid. You adhere to this cancellation policy when you book with The Glow Up Salon.

Blocks:

24-hour notice must be given for cancellations, if you fail to do so minutes will be deducted from blocks.

Your block of minutes must be used within 6 months of the purchase.
